I am a Graphic Designer, worked as a freelance and teached for 8 years in Universidad Anáhuac, Mexico City, then life changed my future and I started a bakery bussiness, now after 8 years, the passion continues, not the bussiness, which has given me time to continue my experience with flavors,textures,shapes,colors,just as a Designer/Baker would do.
